Within the frame of the visits organized by the committee of social workers in Tulkarem, the President’s Assistant for Community and Public Relations at Palestine Technic al University- Kadoorie, Ahmed Ammar convened with a Swiss solidarity delegation. The visiting delegation included representatives of the Swiss Labor Party's Board of Directors Christian Saavedra, Luca Schlbetter, Zinoune Naovel, the Coordinator of the Social Work Committees in Tulkarem, Shareef Shahrour, and the Director of International Relations in the Social Work Committees, Nour Ad-deen Shehadeh. In the context of the visit, Ammar gave a detailed overview of the university and its history pointing out to the Israeli occupation’s ongoing violations against the university, its campus and students which constitute a flagrant violation of international law wishing that the delegation will act as ambassadors of the university's message of peace and students' right of a safe learning environment . At the end of the visit, the Public Relations Unit organized a tour around the university’s campus.
