Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie, represented by its President Prof. Marwan Awartani, signed an MOU with PALTEL Group Foundation represented by its executive manager, Ammar Alaker for the implementation of the second phase of the Olympic Track. In this context, Prof. Awartani stressed the key role of PALTEL Group in supporting the university’s endeavors in meeting the universal standards in all its facilities, adding that this project is a quality achievement for the university as it is the first of its kind in Palestine. It is worth mentioning that the track was designed to meet standards set out in the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF), category III, which will include running tracks, spearheading, disc and ball, as well as pole vaulting and high and wide jumps.
