The deanship of development and community service, organized a seminar about the Palestinian revolution highlighting the role of Haji Abdul Rahim Mohammed.
The organization of this seminar aims to reflect the mission of the deanship of development and community service which aims to promoting cultural and national awareness amongst university students and staff.
Dr. Mohammad Shteiwi- an assistant professor in the College of Arts and Sciences opened the seminar by talking about a series of Palestinian uprisings, starting from the Jerusalem revolution in 1920 to the major Palestinian revolution in 1936.
With respect to the leader of the Palestinian revolution in 1936, Mr. Shahroori - the Advisory member of the Directorate of Culture - stressed the importance of documenting the works of national symbols who have exerted a great effort in the progress of the national Palestinian movement.
