In cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, Palestine Technical University-Kadoorie organized a guidance day for high school students in order to raise the students’ awareness of the specializations offered in the Palestinian higher education institutions. Pleasing and interactive exhibitions in the fields of chemistry, physics, engineering, fashion design and many others were organized in the University’s campus. In this context, the University President Assistant for Public and Community Relations- Ahmed Ammar explained that Kadoorie and partner universities organized this day to create an incubating academic environment for students acquainting them with the academic programs offered by the Palestinian higher education institutions. For his part, the Director of Student Affairs Department at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education- Ayman Al-Hodley pointed out that this day will be organized in ten institutions of higher education distributed throughout the country's governorates in order to improve the level of vocational guidance provided to students.
