Palestine Technical University - Kadoorie hosted the launching of Lives of Kalmnjaro novel which was organized by the Tulkarem’s Cultural Salon in collaboration with Mahmoud Darwishe’s Museum. Prior to the launch the president of the Palestine Technical University Kadoorie, Marwan Awartani emphasized the importance of hosting the great Palestinian writer and his influential role in the national and Arabic cultural revival. During the meeting, prof. Awartani also emphasized the importance of investing Nasrallah’s visit and taking this visit as a step towards the establishment sustainable bridges of cooperation between the University and Mahmoud Darwish’s Museum in the areas of creative writing and reading. During the ceremony Ibrahim Nasrallah answered a series of questions posed by Sameh Khader about the novels that represent the Palestinian comedy series, including the novel lives of Kilimanjaro, and explained that it is an attractive thriller depicting the power of determination and overcoming the odds.
