Within the framework of a joint study in the field of educational qualificationunder the title “Integrative Model between Micro Education and Field Training”, Palestine Technical University - Kadoorieheld a final meeting that included a delegation from Arizona State University (ASU), and the partner school principals and teachers. In this context, the Assistant of the university’s rector- Dr.DirarEleyyanexpressed his appreciation the delegation’s initiative that enables Palestinian teachers to translatetheir experiences in the field of education and innovation into the field of education”. In turn the coordinator of the Teacher Qualification Program- Dr. NuhaItergave a detailed presentation about the Integrated model which implemented in practicum curses, The findings indicate that pre-service teachers become more awareness to the pedagogical content knowledge, and the alternative concepts that they and school students have it in their disciplinary, also the practice very well self-reflection which enhance their capacity for self- development in teaching skill, enhance their capacity of planning. Based on these findings Dr. Iter recommended for teacher qualification programs in universities to adopt microteaching as a fundamental requirement of practicum courses, and for ministry of education to utilize recorded microteaching lessons to develop self-reflection skills for student teachers, and in-service teachers. From this study there are an important output which is an action Guide of implementing Integrated Model.
