The Faculty of Agricultural Science and Technology participated in a symposium on the environmental effects of quarriesorganized by the Agricultural Relief in Tulkarem. The dean of the faculty of agriculture- Dr. Tahseen Sayerh represented the university in this eventand addressed the importance of environmental protection and conservation of natural resources as well as the need for optimum utilization of all natural resources in order to achieve sustainable development.
