In cooperation with Al-Amal Association for the Deaf in Qalqilya, the Department of Community Studies and the Deanship of Community Development and Community Services, Palestine Technical University- Kadoorie organized a workshop with the purpose of shedding light on the potentials of deaf people. The event was attended by the representative of the President of the University - Dr. Derar Eleyyan, the Director of the Department of Studies and Community Development- Rasheed Al-Ramini, Chairman of Al- Amal Association for the Deaf- Mohammed Nazzal, Managing Director- Waleed Nazzal and other representatives of Local community institutions. In this context, Al-Ramini stated that the organization of the event comes within the framework of the university's social responsibility towards people with disabilities, and within the activities of the Arab and Palestinian deaf week.
