The Researcher and Lecturer at Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie, Dr. Ibraheem Khader has obtained the best research award at the Arab level in the “Innovative Conference for Teaching Library, Information and Documentation Sciences” which took place at Alexandria Universityon October 3 – 4, 2018 in corporation with Alexandria Library. Dr. Khader highlighted the aim of the conference developing library professions and creating excellent human resources through discovering new ways to develop the university teaching system that meet the 21st century needs, introducing new specialized courses and exploring real, successful experiences that show experts’ creative thoughts. About his scientific research, entitled “PTUK Experience Training Beneficiaries – Case Study,” Dr. Khader explained that the research shed light on a practical experiment, lasted for four years, to avoid the reluctance of the different groups who use the services provided by the library through training the staff to increase the interest of the academic and administrative staff and train the students to use databases in their research papers.
