PTUK Honors its First Graduate Pioneers in Jordan


The President of Palestine Technical University - Kadoorie, at a ceremony hosted by Petra University in Jordan, honored seventy-four Jordanian graduates who studied at Kadoorie Agricultural School between the years 1930-1964. The honoring came as a compliment for their significant contribution in the development and construction of their societies in the agricultural and educational sectors. Among the graduates were His Excellency Ahmed Al-Khattab, who graduated in 1962, and His Excellency Marwan Al-Hamoud, who graduated in 1964. The ceremony was attended by Dr. Adnan Badran, Kadoorie graduate, the chairman of Kadoorie Alumni in Jordan Abdalrahman Alnjab and Petra University’s President Dr. Marwan Almawla. Prof Awartani stressed PTUK’s keenness keeping in contact with its alumni explaining that the university’s positive credit lies in its graduates’ contribution to the development of their communities.
