Recent Study Shows that PTUK Academic Staff Use Innovative Thinking Teaching Methods


A new study has recently showed that the academic staff at Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie use innovative teaching methods during their classrooms lectures. The study was conducted by Dr. Jaafar Abu Saa’, a lecturer at PTUK, in which he presented the way that the academic staff always welcomes the innovative and thoughtful questions from the students. They assign enrichment activities that show the students’ creative thinking and constantly encourage them to come up with new ideas that may develop their ways of thinking, he explained. The study was presented during Dr. Abu Saa’s Participation in the International Arab Conference on Quality Assurance in Higher Education (IACQA' 2018) that was hosted in Lebanon and organized by the Association of Arab Universities (AARU) on April 11-14, 2018 at the Lebanese International University. Dr. Abu Saa’ said that the conference took his research results into consideration of the conference conclusions through adopting the use of creative thinking and supporting the technical education in the Arab universities.
