A delegation from Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie participated in the training workshop, held in Netherlands on September 23 – 29, 2018 within the project: “Palestinian Academic & Agribusiness CooperationPAAC”, funded by the Dutch Government through NUFFIC aiming at developing modular-based educational programs and piloting curriculum innovation, content and methods.
PAAC project, which involved Palestinian universities including PTUK, Al Quds, An –Najah and Hebron as well as Maastricht School of Management, called academic institutions, individuals and private sectors to work hand in hand to promote increased and sustainable agricultural production through raising the efficiency of teaching methodologies that give rise to acquainting the students with professional and technical skills to get engaged in the labor market easily and efficiently.
The delegation included the University President Assistant for Branches Affairs, Dr. Tahseen sayarah, the Dean of Scientific Research, Dr. Rana Samara, the Director of PTUK’s Agricultural Research Center, Dr. Nawaf Abu Khalaf, the Associate Professor, Dr. Yehya Isteta from the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Technology and the Head of the Training Department at E – learning Center, Yasmeen Abu Haseera.
