Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie, represented by the Community Service Dean, Dr. Husam Qasim, and Gulf Training and Consultation in Tulkarem city, represented by the CEO, Mr. Baheej Biqawi signed mutual cooperation agreement. The agreement includes special training in value management of supplies, logistics, transportation, management of production operations in food industries, and financial management of small startups. It also involves professional courses of subjects like professional management of social media content, establishment of entrepreneurial corporations, basics of marketing and sales management, effective leadership skills, and strategic self-planning. “This will serve the universities’ students across the country in different fields of industries especially in leadership, entrepreneurship, and innovation,” Dr. Qasim said. Mr. Qibawi indicated that the center is set forth to bridge the gap between the university’s educational outcomes and the market needs as well as acknowledging the knowledge and digital economies, which will require the readiness of the students for their jobs and business startups.
