The Department of Cultural Studies at the Faculty of Science and Arts at Palestine Technical University- Kadoorie organized a lecture under the title “Children in the Palestinian Captive Movement". The lecture was delivered by the liberated political prisoners Mohammed Abdel Dayem, Amir Hanoun, Ibrahim Najjar and Muhannad Al Ali. During the meeting, the prisoners gave a brief account of their detention experience in the Israeli prisons and their sufferings in the juvenile trials. For their part, the course’s instructors emphasized the importance of shedding the light on the experiences of children in detention, who reached up to 350 children at the end of December 2016.
