A team from Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie have concluded their participation in a training course on Female Talent Development program, which lasted for 10 days, at Maastricht University in Netherlands within the Palestinian Agricultural Academic Cooperation Project (PAAC), funded by the Dutch government NUFFIC. The program involved several topics on the concept of gender and leadership skills plus a plan to set up a network of academies in different universities down to the establishment of gender unit in the participating Palestinian universities in the project. The delegation, which was comprised of a number of Palestinian universities including An-Najah National University, Al-Quds University and Hebron University, included the Director of the e-Learning Center Dr. Khettam Shreim, the Faculty member at the Agricultural Science and Technology College Dr. Wafa Masoud and the lecture at the Faculty of Economics Dr. Agadir Barakat. The University delegation conducted a visit to the Tilburg University to learn more about their experience in gender and academic leadership.
