In partnership with the Agricultural Relief Society, the faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Technology Organized a series of field activities which focused on planting trees and delivering scientific lectures. Activities have begun by planting the college’s farm with various trees in an attempt to rehabilitate the farm that was destroyed during the last incursions by the Israeli forces. A workshop concerning the Vegetables’ Council and the Palestinian Association of Biotechnological Sciences was organized by the general director of the Palestinian vegetables Council- engineer Mayada Al-Qutob who explained the council’s roles and achievements. In this context, the Dean of the Faculty of Agricultural Science and Technology –Dr. Tahseen Sayerah emphasized that the college is moving forward in the development of educational laboratories, farm rehabilitation and the development of new academic programs.
