The MoU outlines collaboration in designing and implementing training and qualification programs for agricultural engineers, exchanging expertise and technical consultations, and facilitating the use of available facilities from both sides to serve training and research programs. The signing ceremony was attended by Prof. Nawaf Abu Khalaf, Dean of the Faculty of Agricultural Engineering, along with PTUK staff, as well as Eng. He further noted that the essence of the agreement reflects PTUK’s national responsibility toward this historic sector, which has long been a cornerstone of agricultural education in Palestine. He stressed that the university is working to open new pathways that integrate modern technologies, combining theoretical knowledge with practical application, thereby creating promising future opportunities for the agricultural sector. For his part, Eng. Farah expressed his pride in this partnership, describing it as both a continuation of existing cooperation and a strategic step forward in advancing the profession of agricultural engineering. He underscored the Association’s commitment to working with graduates and developing their professional and technical skills, which will help integrate them into the Association, provide suitable employment opportunities, and enhance their capabilities. This, he added, contributes to building a generation of agricultural engineers fully equipped to serve the Palestinian agricultural sector with competence and dedication.
