Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie PTUK has achieved a remarkable accomplishment at the Arab level by securing top positions in the 2025 Arab Packaging Competition ARABSTARPACK in the professionals’ category.
The university’s winning design has qualified for the international WorldStar Global Packaging Award—one of the most prestigious competitions in the field.
PTUK’s participation came through Palestinian designer Sara Odeh, a graduate of the Department of Design and Applied Arts at PTUK.
Dr. Ahmad Ammar, Dean of the Faculty of Arts at PTUK, stated: “This achievement is a source of pride for the university, the Faculty of Arts, and the Department of Design. It highlights the excellence of our graduates and the competence of our faculty members. This success reaffirms our commitment to fostering creativity and innovation, and we are confident that Sara will represent Palestine in the best way possible at the international stage.”
